With over thirty five years experience in hospitality and tourism,  I offer freelance professional hospitality services.

I have managed hotels in Australia, United Kingdom and The Channel Islands and worked for privately owned businesses as well as the largest Australian owned Hotel Chain.  I started out in the industry as a waitress and my career was a natural progression through the ranks to that of an Operations Manager with a portfolio of twelve hotels throughout Australia before managing my own hotel for thirteen years.  I obtained my Master of Business Administration through the University of South Australia in 2003 and completed my Level 5 TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) qualification in 2018.

Now based in Rhodes Island Greece,  I enjoy travelling and blogging while continuing to support and offering freelance services to the hospitality and tourism sector.
